Appointments are typically around 30 minutes long and priced starting from £45 per person. For regular home visits, you can conveniently pay online when booking your appointment. However, for appointments at care homes or nursing homes, payment must be made in person at the time of service. Please note that we can only accept card payments for online bookings. We are unable to process card payments after the booking has been made.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a charge of 10% of the appointment fee.
